So an interesting fact for you today, about me…

 

I’m a certified Shivananda Yoga Instructor. I taught yoga when I was younger at a Health and Wellness Centre in Florida. I really enjoyed practicing yoga every single day and helping people reach their physical, mental, and spiritual goals.

 

This month I’ve been focusing on weight and getting those Lbs/Kgs off. It is time to shake things up a bit, isn’t it. We’ve been working hard all year long and now we’re faced with the busy holiday season, so let’s focus on us for a moment.

 

If you take care of your health and wellness your health and wellness will take care of you -and, you’ll get a lot more done without even trying. I’ve found this to be true in my own life.

 

I am a work-a-holic but I don’t really consider what I do as a digital nomad work. I enjoy, I even love, what I do.

 

So today, I have put together a very special course offering for you. It is a Yoga to Lose Weight course. You’ll likely lose a lot of weight or at least reach your weight loss goals, and the best part is you don’t have to over do it with cardio, etc.
